Eric Holder insists on trying terror suspects in criminal courts. Am I correct to assume that these individuals WERE NOT READ THEIR MIRANDA RIGHTS WHEN ARRESTED? Doesn't that omission routinely get cases dismissed?
What's Holder going to do about that?
